Helena Salamun

Helena Salamun is an editor for medicine and life sciences at the SMC. She studied human medicine in Münster, Dijon, and Marseille. Clinically, she gained experience as an assistant physician in anesthesiology and intensive care at University Hospital Cologne. Her journalistic career began in radio at SWR2 Wissen. She also completed the WDR talent program “Grenzenlos,” interned at Wort & Bild Verlag, and worked as an author for the WDR Quarks audio team.
